Wayne Rooney to be a ambassador at Manchester United, Manchester United are going to give a really big role within the club, Wayne Rooney ended his 13 year spell at Manchester United at the beginning of this month and now the club have offered him a ambassador role after him joining his boyhood team Everton, but Ed Woodard does not want Rooney's association at United to end. The offer was not offered in the last contract he had with Manchester United but it was given to him verbally before he left for Everton, United have not got any plans to build a statue of the striker but there could be one in the future. Dwight Yorke and Denis Irwin are other former players and now they are also ambassador's.
